Fetch pack JSON in CI

Each collection has one JSON file at /r/{pack}.json. It is the Iconify icon data for that set: every name and its SVG body. Fetch it in CI when a build needs the whole set, then store the file with the job output.

A single icon URL, /r/{pack}/{name}.json, is a different document. That one is a shadcn registry item. The usage page covers copying it. This guide is the full pack file.

GitHub Actions

Run the download in the workflow that builds the app. Commit the JSON if the icons must stay frozen when the upstream set changes. Cache the file if the workflow runs often and a fresh copy is acceptable.

Do not request the pack from the browser on every page view. The CI job is the place that talks to this site.
